they did a wonderful job working with me to ensure the design of the tissue paper was as expected. when I voiced concerns pre production they handled it without any issues and definitely hit the mark on our design. unfortunately we would need to upgrade paper quality in order to achieve the full desired look which I would have liked to know before but overall it met our needs. i reordered to our second location even though the shipping was double. I will reorder again if shipping is more reasonable and do think it meets our current needs.
